A short page, because there is not much to say. This website does not set cookies of its own and does not track you around the internet.
01The short version
We set no cookies. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no analytics tag, no Facebook or Google tracker, and no third-party font service watching which pages you open. The fonts and the map are served from this domain.
Nothing on this site follows you to another website, and we do not build an advertising profile of you.
02What may be stored anyway
- The chat. If you open the concierge chat, the software behind it (IzzyOS) may keep a small amount of data in your own browser so your conversation survives moving between pages. It stays on your device.
- Security. Our host, Vercel, may set a short-lived cookie if it needs to check that a request is coming from a person rather than a bot.
- Your browser. Ordinary things your browser does on its own, like remembering the size of text you chose, are not ours and we cannot see them.
03How to control it
Every browser lets you block or delete storage for a site, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking it here costs you nothing except the chat, which may forget your conversation when you change pages.
If you would rather not use the chat at all, everything it can do can be done by phone on (864) 800-1988 or by email.
04If this changes
We are considering adding analytics so we can see which pages people find useful. If we do, this page will list the tool, say what it collects and how long it keeps it, before it goes live — not after. The date at the top will change on the same day.
