Does it cost anything?
No. Connecting on Zillow is free for you, and it stays free. We are paid at a closing, the same way as any agent, and only if you buy or sell with us.
Am I signing anything?
No. It is a connection inside Zillow, not an agreement. If you later decide to buy with us, that is a separate conversation and a separate document, which we walk you through line by line.
Do I need the Zillow app?
No. The link works on the Zillow website and in the app, on a phone or a computer. Saves and messages reach us either way.
What if I already work with an agent?
