Our story

It started with a move.

Carlos Bedoya moved to the Upstate in 2021 with his wife, Genesis, and their twin daughters. Experiencing a relocation firsthand shaped the kind of real estate business he wanted to build, one focused on clear communication, honest guidance, and having someone truly in your corner.

Before real estate, Carlos spent nearly two decades with Publix Super Markets, eventually becoming a Store Manager. That experience taught him the value of Premier Customer Service, personal responsibility, and investing in people, principles that still guide how we serve our clients and our team today.

What started with one agent has grown into a team of licensed professionals supported by a transaction coordinator and a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and builders. We specialize in relocations, first time buyers, new construction, listings, and investing throughout Greenville and the Upstate, with service available in both English and Spanish.

Since 2025, we've helped more than 75 families make their next move.
